Mykonos Folklore Museum

Mykonos Folklore Museum is located in Kastro, at Mykonos town.

The Folklore Museum is an old captain’s house and includes a wide variety of antiques, Byzantine icons, folkloric plates, prints, fabrics and artifacts that portray the history of the people lived in the island. Mykonos Folklore Museum has three more divisions all over the town center, placed under the roof of traditional Mykonian buildings.

The Agricultural Museum, where you can discover the history of the agricultural life of the island

Boni Windmill, an old windmill that represents the tradition of windmills and their role in the life of the indigenous and finally

Lena’s House, a typical Mykonian house furnished with traditional Mykonian furniture illustrating how people in Mykonos used to live.
